I know. Ridiculous.
I have a feeling I might end up like this. And I don't know if I consider it a bad thing. Oh, wow...

せかいはおおきくてちいさいです。

Translation: The world is big and small.

I was clicking 'next blog' on the Blogger toolbar, and about two of every three blogs I browsed through was in a foreign language. It brought the enormity of the earth to my attention, yet reminded me that this world is small. It never occurred to me that a Japanese clothing line could use Blogger as their website. Or a French photographer would feel compelled to share his thoughts just like me. It was a humbling experience, really.

'Cause everyone else is doing it.

Not really, actually. I've always wanted a blog, but I've just never had the guts to start one.

The majority of my friends, new and old, are amazing and creative artists (visual and performing). That automatically puts them in the could-be-an-Indie-author category. As for me, I'm meh at writing. I just have an insanely difficult time conveying my thoughts into words. That's a huge reason why I hate in-class or timed essays. I think I'm pretty good at talking, but that's different.

So, I'm trying out this whole 'what's on my mind' blog, 'cause I already have an APU blog (that makes me so cool), and hopefully this doesn't turn into an epic fail.
